Alright! Due to the nature of Mukuro's powers and character, he's usually the one 'in charge' of any given situation, and if he isn't he sure as hell will try to be. I could tl;dr but to spare you all of that:
here, has his wiki. Specifically, if you look under weapons there's an outline of his powers. Now, Mukuro is post the Rings arc, meaning he has a contract with a lovely little girl named Chrome and not exactly actively possessing others - as far as we know, as Chrome states at times that Mukuro 'goes far away' in her mind, meaning he's somewhere else.
What this means for DDD, if it's allowed, is that Mukuro will be able to possess others if he so chooses. Even though he isn't the older Mukuro seen later in the manga who can possess others without needing the trident or Possession Bullet, I'll be assuming Mukuro learns to bypass this from his pact with Chrome and by the power of the Vongola Mist Ring. Also, if he meets anyone in person he is capable if creating illusions so powerful they may as well be real.
In addition, Mukuro will not be posting as himself publicly - he'll be using an alias, and posting as himself under untraceable locks and all that (for a time at least, we'll see how that goes). So collectively, I'd like to ask that
no super hackers or gods reveal Mukuro's identity openly, and no fourth-walling please.And... that's about all I can think of in regards for what DDD may not do to Mukuro
although I should be sleeping, so this may change.
Your turn! :D Please comment with whatever Mukuro is allowed and not allowed to do to your character.
I apologize for no fancy code table, I'll add one when I'm thinking straaaight.
